Interaction with guests
The property is located within a residential family community; all guests and visitors must behave accordingly.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms and guests may smoke in the designated areas or their dedicated balconies.
Quiet Hours - Noise above 40 decibels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM is prohibited. Breaches may lead to eviction and deposit forfeiture.
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy is based on booking details (1 bedroom = 2 adults). Extra guests incur a fee of 300 Dirhams/person/night.
No pets allowed
Visitors are limited to 1 adult and 1 child per bedroom and may not remain between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for their visitors' behaviour.
Other things to note
For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delay in this will delay your check-in.

Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.
Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.

Pros: 1. Best balcony view in Dubai 2. Best location 3. Well kept building and property Cons: 1. Host lied on listing and explicitly when I asked before booking. These are not king sized beds. I even asked explicitly as it is important to me and wife as we are both tall. Instead of being helpful or putting in even 1% effort, host said “sir, the difference between a king and queen is not much at all. If the bed size is not important to you, then this place is great. If it is, then just be warned 2. Not specific to the host or their fault in any way, but on Friday and Saturday night, the property beside (The Five) will play music u til 3am
